Gentle Reminders when Struggling
It seems a fair amount of others and myself seem to be struggling lately. It’s okay. Breathe. Practice grounding techniques. Try to take it easy.
Came across this pretty little chart of some gentle reminders for bad days/weeks/etc. from Blessing Manifesting, which is just an all-around amazing site.
Try to have a nice weekend and try to practice your radical gratitude. One thing I am grateful for right now is the amazing call I had yesterday with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) on becoming more involved with the organization. =)
